These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of eelolive.com (the “Site”), operated by Luxe Supply Holdings, Inc. (“eelo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is informational
The Site describes eelo’s live-commerce services — including host training, recruitment, deployment, placement, hosting hub, and moderation. This information is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site is an offer, quote, or binding commitment, and service descriptions, features, and any pricing shown are illustrative and may change.
Any engagement of eelo for services is governed by a separate written agreement signed by you and eelo (for example, a statement of work or services agreement). In the event of a conflict between that agreement and these Terms, that signed agreement controls with respect to the services it covers.
Booking a consult
Scheduling a consult through the Site is a request for an introductory conversation. Booking a consult does not create a service contract, guarantee availability, or obligate either party to proceed with any services.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including the eelo name and wordmark, the “Live” lockup, text, graphics, layout, and design — are owned by Luxe Supply Holdings, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any unlawful way or for any unlawful purpose;
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
- Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site through automated means without our permission; or
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in connection with the Site.
Third-party services and links
The Site uses and may link to third-party services (such as our Calendly scheduler). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Any outcomes described on the Site are examples only and are not a guarantee of results — live-selling performance varies.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxe Supply Holdings, Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxe Supply Holdings, Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
